Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Conduct needs assessments and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities within the CRM system.
- Negotiate terms of sale and close deals to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Provide regular feedback to leadership on market trends and customer pain points.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B inside sales or account management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident phone demeanor.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive preferred).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
