Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate qualified leads.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline within Salesforce or HubSpot CRM.
- Effectively qualify prospects, understand client pain points, and present tailored solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine outreach strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Participate in daily sales huddles and training workshops to continuously improve skills.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Customer Success (Entry-level with high potential candidates considered).
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a quota-carrying role.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and rejection.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive).
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
