Role Overview:
You will be responsible for generating new business leads, conducting high-volume outbound calls, and closing sales. We are looking for hunters who are hungry to succeed!
Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Present products and services to potential clients and overcome objections effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive tone.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
