Responsibilities
- Prospect & Generate Leads: Utilize various channels to identify and qualify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Client Acquisition: Conduct high-volume cold calls and outreach to prospective clients to present our products/services effectively.
- Needs Analysis: Consult with potential customers to understand their pain points and recommend tailored solutions.
- Deal Closing: Navigate the sales process to secure contracts and close deals, meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce and other CRM systems regarding customer interactions and pipeline status.
- Follow-Up: Execute strategic follow-up plans to nurture leads and convert them into loyal customers.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and support teams to optimize sales strategies and share market insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree: Preferred, or equivalent professional experience in sales.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities with a confident phone voice.
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in inside sales, B2B sales, or a similar field.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a major plus.
