Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
- Conduct needs analysis calls and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals within the sales cycle.
- Manage and update CRM records (Salesforce/HubSpot) with accurate prospect information.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align on lead generation strategies.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Account Management.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently.
- Willingness to relocate or work remotely from Illinois or Florida.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
