Responsibilities
- Execute multi-channel prospecting campaigns (phone, email, LinkedIn) to generate qualified leads
- Present tailored solutions to enterprise clients across technology and SaaS verticals
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 85%+ activity benchmarks
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Document all interactions in Salesforce CRM with 100% data accuracy
- Participate in weekly pipeline reviews and strategy sessions
- Develop deep product expertise to position complex technical solutions
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in B2B inside/outside sales with proven quota attainment
- Expertise in Salesforce, Outreach, and sales automation platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with consultative selling approach
- Ability to articulate technical solutions to C-level decision-makers
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
