Responsibilities
- Prospect & Connect: Identify and contact potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Close Deals: Build rapport with decision-makers, present solutions, and negotiate contracts to drive revenue growth.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and prospect data in our Salesforce CRM.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ year of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer success preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone demeanor.
- Drive: Highly self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented personality.
- Technology: Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
