Responsibilities
- Prospect & Engage: Utilize a multi-channel approach (email, phone, LinkedIn) to identify and qualify high-intent leads.
- Closing: Navigate complex sales cycles, conduct discovery calls, and present tailored solutions to prospective customers to drive revenue.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, ensuring pipeline visibility for the management team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
- Performance: Consistently hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of proven success in inside sales, B2B sales, or high-volume lead generation.
- Demonstrated Drive: A hunger for success and a track record of exceeding targets in an uncapped commission environment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional telephone manner.
- Tool Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
