Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to highlight value propositions.
- Navigate the sales pipeline effectively, managing activity in the CRM system.
- Close deals over the phone and via video conferencing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in B2B inside sales or a similar field.
- Proven ability to cold call and generate one's own leads.
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Self-motivated and resilient in a fast-paced sales environment.
