Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume cold calling and email outreach to generate qualified leads.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure retention.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track interactions and manage pipeline data.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer acquisition preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong drive for success and a hunger to earn high commissions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field a plus.
- Willingness to learn new sales methodologies and product knowledge quickly.
