Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead qualification to closing deals.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Attend daily stand-ups and training sessions to sharpen sales techniques.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer success (hiring managers willing to train exceptional candidates).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions simply.
- Resilience and grit; ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for occasional local networking events).
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
