Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities.
- Present our solutions to decision-makers and conduct engaging product demonstrations.
- Identify customer needs and tailor pitches to demonstrate the unique value of our services.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts to close deals and maximize revenue.
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track progress and forecast performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Inside Sales or B2B sales.
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident phone presence.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for team meetings and events.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience is highly valued.
