Responsibilities
- Proactively contact prospective clients via phone and email to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads to determine fit and move them through the sales pipeline efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high retention and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Document all customer interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
- Attend daily sales huddles and training sessions to stay sharp and informed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or lead generation.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and a competitive nature.
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
