Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify leads through cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Conduct needs analysis to understand client pain points and propose tailored solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of all prospect and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to optimize conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive products to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Inside Sales or B2B Sales.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and possess a strong "hunger" to succeed.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment.
