Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new commercial clients across Southeast Michigan
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies
- Present customized solutions to C-level decision-makers
- Close complex B2B deals with 6-7 figure contracts
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets through consistent activity
- Collaborate with marketing team on lead generation initiatives
- Utilize CRM software for pipeline management and reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years outside sales experience with documented commission achievements
- Proven track record of exceeding $500K+ in annual sales
- Strong knowledge of Detroit commercial landscape
- Expertise in consultative selling and value proposition development
- Ability to navigate complex organizational hierarchies
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Michigan driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
