The Role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand, connecting with prospective clients, identifying their needs, and closing deals that drive revenue for the company.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, qualify, and nurture leads through outbound calling, email, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and present solutions tailored to client pain points.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close deals and meet monthly revenue targets.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline within our CRM system (Salesforce) to ensure accurate forecasting.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine campaigns based on lead feedback.
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or a similar role.
- Strong ability to handle rejection and maintain a high-energy, positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
