Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Presentation: Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients via phone and video conferencing.
- Closing: Negotiate terms, overcome objections, and close deals to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and sales activities within our CRM system.
- Follow-up: Execute strategic follow-up campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with marketing and product teams to provide feedback and refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
- Drive: High level of self-motivation, ambition, and a desire to earn based on performance.
- CRM Proficiency: Comfortable learning and using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
