Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate new leads.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals and onboarding clients.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and effectively handle client objections.
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Participate in daily sales huddles and training sessions to sharpen skills.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B inside sales or telemarketing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team setting.
- Self-motivated with a "hunter" mentality and a drive for financial growth.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
