Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities through targeted outbound calling and email campaigns
- Present complex software solutions to decision-makers via personalized virtual demos
- Exceed monthly sales quotas while maintaining 85%+ call activity metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales collateral and value propositions
- Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast pipeline with 98% data integrity
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions to refine pitch techniques and objection handling
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience with SaaS/technology products
- Proven track record of exceeding quota with uncapped commission structures
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify technical concepts
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in objection handling and value-based selling methodologies
