Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 85%+ activity benchmarks
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track pipelines and forecast accurately
- Present product demonstrations and handle objections effectively
- Participate in weekly sales training and coaching sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with consistent quota achievement
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS or technology sales
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Data-driven approach to sales analytics and reporting
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
