Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through outbound prospecting calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify leads and conduct needs analysis to determine the best solutions for clients.
- Present product demos and pricing packages to prospective customers via phone and video.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals within the sales cycle.
- Manage a high-volume pipeline using our CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Track daily activity and report progress to sales leadership.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Lead Generation (Remote or In-office).
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
