Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media.
- Demonstrate products and services to prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities within the CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or a similar high-volume sales environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas consistently.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and confident tone.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment with a 'hunter' mentality.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
