Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to a high-volume list of qualified leads via phone and email to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to articulate the value proposition and overcome customer objections.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaign strategies and refine target audiences.
- Update and maintain accurate customer data within our CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Provide regular feedback to management on market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer success.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is highly preferred).
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
