Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to local businesses and residents
- Present product/service offerings with enthusiasm and clarity
- Meet daily sales targets and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with team members on sales strategies
- Participate in weekly training sessions
- Represent NOLA Youth Connects professionally at community events
Qualifications
- Must be 16-19 years old and enrolled in high school
- Strong communication and persuasive speaking skills
- Basic computer proficiency (email, CRM software)
- Reliable transportation to downtown office
- Ability to work weekends and evenings
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Passion for New Orleans community growth
- Must maintain a GPA of 2.5 or higher
