Responsibilities
- Outbound calls to potential clients using provided scripts and tools
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for senior sales representatives
- Document all interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Participate in weekly sales training and team meetings
- Meet daily/weekly call and activity targets
- Develop product knowledge to confidently answer basic inquiries
- Collaborate with mentors to refine sales techniques
Qualifications
- Must be 16-19 years old and enrolled in high school or recent graduate
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Strong time management and ability to work independently
- Comfortable using computers and basic software (CRM, email)

- Reliable transportation to Louisville office
