Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales calls to qualified leads within assigned territory
- Learn and apply consultative selling techniques to build customer relationships
- Accurately document all customer interactions in our CRM system
- Participate in weekly sales training workshops and role-playing exercises
- Collaborate with a team of teen peers to achieve weekly sales targets
- Develop product knowledge through self-guided learning modules
- Track and report key performance metrics to your sales coach
Qualifications
- Must be 16-18 years old and currently enrolled in high school
- Excellent verbal communication skills and clear phone etiquette
- Strong desire to learn sales fundamentals and professional development
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment
- Basic computer literacy (email, internet, Microsoft Office)
- Reliable transportation to our Philadelphia training center
- Must maintain a GPA of 2.5 or higher during employment
- Previous customer service or school club leadership experience a plus
