Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads via phone and email
- Present product solutions to customers with confidence
- Meet/exceed weekly sales targets and activity metrics
- Document all customer interactions in CRM system
- Collaborate with senior sales representatives on deals
- Participate in daily team training sessions
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout sales cycle
- Track and report sales performance to team lead
Qualifications
- Must be 16-19 years old and currently enrolled in high school or recent graduate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable making 30-50 outbound calls daily
- Basic computer proficiency (Google Workspace, CRM tools)
- Reliable transportation to El Paso office location
- Ability to work 15-25 hours weekly (afternoons/weekends)
- Goal-oriented mindset with desire to learn sales techniques
