Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Conduct needs-based consultative sales calls to understand client pain points and propose effective solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring accurate data entry in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead quality and campaign performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing.
- Proven track record of success in a commission-based environment (uncapped experience is a plus).
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (typically 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM EST).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience highly preferred).
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
