Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound cold calling and professional networking.
- Manage and nurture leads through the entire sales lifecycle using Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Meet and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or a related field.
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software; Salesforce experience is highly preferred.
- A resilient attitude with the ability to handle rejection and persist in a sales environment.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to attend local team-building events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
