Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media engagement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce and other CRM platforms.
- Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored solutions to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams to refine sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales or business development (tech industry preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or HubSpot CRM.
- Self-motivated with a "hunter" mentality and high energy.
