Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients to showcase NexGen’s value proposition.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals and account management.
- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to track activity, update records, and forecast revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and collateral.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B inside sales or account management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
