Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients to showcase value.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align on outreach strategies and campaign performance.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas consistently.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, business development, or account management (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive demeanor.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting while remaining highly motivated.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
