Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads using various channels including cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
- Manage and nurture a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects through the sales cycle.
- Present product demonstrations and effectively handle objections to close deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies.
- Enter accurate data into the CRM system (Salesforce/Sales Navigator) to track activity and progress.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or account management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Self-motivated with a hunger for success and financial reward.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
