Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine customer needs and budget constraints.
- Present product demonstrations and clearly articulate value propositions to prospective clients.
- Manage a high-volume pipeline in Salesforce or HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate data entry.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on outreach strategies and campaign performance.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive retention and upsells.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or B2B sales is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills with a professional phone demeanor.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Must be comfortable working in a hybrid or remote setting.
