Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads and book qualified meetings.
- Present company products and services to potential clients, demonstrating how our solutions solve their business challenges.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce) to maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and deal pipelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify target demographics and refine sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to ensure high retention rates and upsell opportunities.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and confidently.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow within the sales industry.
- Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new sales software and CRM systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required).
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote/field work.
