Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing deals within an assigned territory.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system (Salesforce preferred).
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or B2B sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license (for occasional team meetings or off-site events).
