Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients to uncover their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Close sales and meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Manage and update customer data accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
- Provide feedback to management regarding market trends and customer feedback.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in Inside Sales or B2B sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on persuasion.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a high-volume environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
