Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Identify and qualify potential clients, understanding their pain points and business needs.
- Present our products and services to potential customers, clearly articulating value propositions.
- Manage and update the company CRM system with accurate prospect and client information.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (quotas).
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and growth.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident phone voice.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- A self-motivated mindset with a strong desire to earn a high income through commission.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment.
- Willingness to learn new products and sales techniques rapidly.
