Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business leads through outbound calling and digital outreach.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to showcase value propositions.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close deals and meet monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaign strategies and lead quality.
- Provide accurate forecasting and reporting on sales performance metrics.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Customer Success roles (recent graduates with internship experience are welcome).
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a hunger for hitting targets and earning bonuses.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional team events.
