Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and CRM management
- Present product solutions to prospects via virtual meetings and product demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales lifecycle
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Document all sales activities in Salesforce and provide weekly performance reports
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong work ethic with ability to work independently and in a team
- Residency in Phoenix metro area with ability to work from office
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Valid driver's license for occasional client meetings
