Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Qualify incoming leads and book meetings with decision-makers.
- Present product demos and effectively overcome objections to close sales.
- Manage and update customer data within the Salesforce CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead strategies and campaigns.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales or B2B sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, specifically Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation (for occasional team meetings).
