Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and engage with prospective clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn to uncover new business opportunities.
- Manage and nurture a high-volume sales pipeline using Salesforce and other CRM tools.
- Conduct outbound prospecting campaigns to generate new leads and schedule qualified meetings.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to prospects to overcome objections and close deals.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and account management teams to optimize sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within the CRM system.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in inside sales, business development, or telemarketing.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) is highly preferred.
- A self-starter mindset with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience with cold calling and lead generation techniques.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
