Responsibilities
- Outbound calls to potential clients in the Bay Area
- Present products/services with enthusiasm and clarity
- Meet and exceed weekly sales targets
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing team on lead generation
- Attend weekly training sessions to improve techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone/email
Qualifications
- Must be 16-18 years old and a resident of Oakland
- Strong communication and persuasive skills
- Ability to work 15-20 hours weekly (afternoons/evenings)
- High school student or recent graduate
- Basic computer proficiency (email, CRM tools)
