- Close sales deals by negotiating pricing and contract terms with decision-makers.
- Update and maintain accurate records in our CRM (Salesforce) system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a part-time capacity.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (remote/hybrid option available).
