Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Develop consultative selling approaches to address client needs and demonstrate product value
- Exceed monthly sales quotas while maintaining high conversion rates
- Collaborate with marketing and account management teams to optimize sales strategies
- Utilize Salesforce and other sales technologies to track activities and pipeline
- Participate in daily stand-ups and weekly performance reviews
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and scripts
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven quota achievement
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize sales approaches
- Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions highly desirable
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional client meetings
