Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, and social media to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct needs analysis calls to understand client pain points and present tailored solutions.
- Manage and maintain a daily pipeline of qualified leads within the Salesforce CRM.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Telemarketing, or Customer Service.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication, listening, and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
