Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Present product solutions to prospects via virtual demos and consultations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies
- Track sales activities in Salesforce and maintain accurate CRM records
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs for call volume, appointments, and conversions
Qualifications
- 1-3 years inside sales or business development experience
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools
- Exceptional communication and persuasive presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Availability for 20-30 hours/week during business hours (9 AM - 5 PM)
