Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound sales calls to generate qualified leads and new business opportunities.
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of prospects through effective follow-up and relationship building.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, addressing their specific needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and improve lead quality.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce) to track interactions, update customer data, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets in a fast-paced setting.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or a related field (1+ years preferred).
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business is a plus.
