Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new business leads via phone, email, and social media outreach.
- Conduct needs analysis calls to understand client requirements and present tailored solutions.
- Manage and nurture a consistent pipeline of leads using Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and handle objections to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach campaigns and strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets to drive revenue growth.
- Document all client interactions and account details accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or a related field (entry-level candidates with strong drive considered).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a remote-friendly environment.
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve performance goals.
- A high school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales methodologies and technologies.
