Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and email campaigns.
- Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Manage and update client data accurately in our CRM system to ensure pipeline integrity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach strategies and campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service to retain clients and foster long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional phone manner.
- A high level of self-motivation and the ability to thrive in a commission-driven environment.
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM software is preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as required.
